WF Deer Velvet Ltd uses Webfarm Shop, a fully secure e-commerce processor for financial transactions and data storage.

How to Buy Online

To buy with your credit card you may use either MasterCard or VISA. Cheque orders should be made payable to WF Deer Velvet Ltd and sent to 226 Maher Road, RD 7, Gore, New Zealand - once cleared, the order will be sent. Click here to go to our online store.

All prices are in NZ Dollars.

Select the quantity you want to purchase.

Click "BUY NOW".

You will then proceed to the shopping cart.

On this page you will see your order as it stands. You may then either click "Check Out" to proceed to Check Out. To change your order simply click "Back" in your browser to go back to the shopping page.

If at any stage you wish to delete items from your cart, click on "View Basket" then proceed to delete individual items with the appropriate delete button.

Once you have checked out, fill in the appropriate fields to process a secure transaction to WF Deer Velvet Ltd.

Once these fields have been completed your order will be sent directly to us and we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order and shipping address.

Order by Telephone, Fax or Letter

You may also order over the phone by calling our toll-free number (0800 201 624) or by fax or letter using the form you can find by clicking here. This will enable you to buy with your credit card, by cheque or bank money order. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to WF Deer Velvet Ltd.

Your personal information is kept private. Your name and address is never shared with anyone else. Credit card details taken over the phone are forwarded directly to the bank and not kept by us.

Shipping Information

We can deliver to anywhere in the world.

We will ship most items within 48 hours of payment depending on availability. If there are any delays you will be informed via email.

We will deliver your order as soon as possible.

Delivery within New Zealand

Purchases within New Zealand are delivered for free by post. A courier door to door service is also available at an extra cost. New Zealand sales include GST.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent through New Zealand Post.

Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for.
International orders are subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your own country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Goods marked as gifts usually incur no extra costs.
WF Deer Velvet cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once it has left New Zealand.
